Recently Dana Holding Corporation's engine component business was acquired by MAHLE Engine Components, USA.

The Company now has a Technical License with MAHLE Industries, Inc. USA, a world leader in large and small engine components, Industrial Filtration, Piston Systems, Cylinder Components, Valve Train Systems and Air and Liquid Management Systems.

The Company is a recipient of several awards - National Productivity Award - 1995, 1996 & 1998, ACMA Award for Productivity - 1997 & 1998, Golden Peacock National Quality Award - 1998 and the NIMA Excellence Award 2001. 'Best of the Best Supplier Award' in 2004, and many more.
