Perfect Circle India Limited is a renowned manufacturer and the largest exporter of Piston Rings in India. A major supplier to both the Original Equipment Manufacturers and the Aftermarket, the Company is a joint venture between Anand and Dana Corporation, USA.

In 2002, after implementation of the Scheme of Arrangement for demerger of the Gasket business to the new company - Victor Gaskets India Limited - the erstwhile Perfect Circle Victor Limited has been operating as ‘Perfect Circle India Limited’.

The Company’s manufacturing facilities, located in Nashik in the state of Maharashtra, consist of a Casting Plant and a Piston Ring Machining Plant, with a dedicated state-of-the-art line for two and three-wheelers. Certified for both QS 9000 and ISO 9002, the Company was the first in India in its product category to receive the ISO certification as far back as 1993.

With the Indian automotive industry witnessing revolutionary changes in the last decade owing to the entry of global majors in India, Perfect Circle India has been focusing on the up-gradation of its manufacturing facilities and induction of relevant technology. Perfect Circle India offers the widest range of piston rings, which also includes high technology rings for the new generation 100cc vehicles. It has developed Copper Flash Rings to ensure negligible friction as well as better life and performance.
