Perfect Circle India’s manufacturing facilities, located in Nashik in the state of Maharashtra, consist of a Casting Plant and a Piston Ring Machining Plant with a dedicated state-of-the-art line for two and three-wheelers.
Piston Ring Operations
The Company’s high quality
piston rings cater to all segments – OE, Aftermarket
and Exports.
The constant up-gradation of its assets and technology
has enabled the Company to achieve a high level of
productivity with low rejections. It’s product
range, which includes Steel Section Piston Rings,
Profile Ground Oil Rings, Chrome Plated Rings and
Keystone Rings, enables the Company to meet the demand
of both domestic and overseas customers. |

The Dedicated Bi-wheeler Line
The Company has a dedicated line for bi-wheeler piston rings.
This state-of-the-art line, comprises mainly of machines,
imported from Japan and Taiwan, for manufacturing piston
rings of international standard. Apart from high technology
rings for new generation 100cc vehicles, Perfect Circle
India also manufactures Copper Flash Rings to reduce friction
to the minimum, thus giving better life and performance
to the engine.
Casting Operations
The Casting Division has a specialized sophisticated Foundry,
where Piston Ring Castings are manufactured by the stack
moulding process. It is in this Casting Plant that the first
phase of piston ring manufacturing takes place in an environment
geared to maintain strict quality control and ensure trouble-free
service life.
Perfect Circle India, besides using the semi-finished piston
ring castings for captive consumption, also exports these
to many countries around the world.
