Perfect Circle India has its own Product Validation Centre, comprising two dynamometers for testing of products. The dynamometer range covers engines up to 150 HP. The validation centre provides service to its OE customers by facilitating quick product development.

In addition, the Company also has an R&D facility for testing of materials, a Standard Room, a Metallurgical Laboratory and provision for Deep Thermal Shock Testing to evaluate the performance of its products under rigorous conditions. Perfect Circle India has the most sophisticated Dimaco Cam-Turning-Boring machine, imported from Switzerland, cell with a fully automated CNC Profile grinder and a battery of computerized grinding machines.
